LET’S CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE TOGETHER

Customized Technical Assistance Services

We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach or make you select from a menu of services. Not sure what you need? No worries! We work with you to identify what you want to achieve and design customized services that work best for you!

Basic TA

Basic TA helps you apply existing knowledge, skills, and abilities to real-life challenges. It can involve brief but regular access to a subject matter expert, coaching sessions, peer-to-peer mentoring, and resources. It may or may not involve face-to-face interaction.

Intensive TA

Intensive TA helps you solve complex problems and system level issues. It may involve a mix of strategies over time, such as long-term expert consultation and coaching, peer-to-peer mentoring, and ongoing assessment of progress. It can include onsite visiting to supplement offsite work and involve stakeholders at many levels.

Communities of Practice

You can’t do it all by yourself. Communities of Practice (CoPs) are groups of people who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area by interacting on an ongoing basis.

Click on the CoP of interest to access meeting information, resources, and tools.
