Prevention CoP: Data-Driven Strategic Planning:  Agile Tools for Enhancing Community Outcomes • Part Two •

This CoP topic was selected by popular demand! Participants will learn how to use agile tools and processes to develop data-driven strategic plans that are sure to improve community outcomes. Following up on planning efforts from Part One of this CoP, participants will continue to work in teams using a case study on youth vaping to construct an outcome-focused plan. Most groups completed Step 1 (writing a problem statement) and Step 2 (establishing goals) in the previous CoP. Part Two will carry forward with zeroing in on long-term outcomes and identifying strategies to achieve them.
